The Turkey's Feathers

"The Turkey's Feathers" is a fun, little book for students to make that will assist in reinforcing reading and writing color words.  This set also includes a story of "How the Turkey Got His Feathers."  A PDF link is provided for you to print the story and the student book.  The children will love the story of the turkey who throws tantrums and changes colors.  This story is great to use before completing the student made book.

There are two different versions that you will be able to choose for your students.  Each book has eight pages for students to write the color word and color the page accordingly.

In the first book there are eight pages for the students to write the color words without assistance.  This is a sample of the book that has not been stapled together. 

The second book has the color word printed at the top of each page as a guide for students to copy this word at the bottom of the page.  There are a total of eight pages in the book.  

Also included in this package is the story of "How the Turkey Got His Feathers."  This story is great to use before or after using the student made book of "The Turkey's Feathers"   A PDF link is provided for you to print the story to use---  The kids will love the story!  $5 for both student book and "How the Turkey Got His Feathers."
